Ask your question, spin, and let the wheel answer. It has the same number of Yes and No slices, so both answers are exactly as likely. Want a way out? Type “Maybe” on a new line and it joins the wheel.
Changing the odds
Each line is one slice, and every slice has the same chance. To make Yes twice as likely as No, put two Yes lines for every No. A wheel with four Yes and two No lands on Yes two times out of three.
Best of three
If one spin feels too final, open the Results tab and spin three times. Whichever answer shows up twice wins. The list keeps every spin with the time, so nobody can argue about what came up.
Questions
- Is the yes or no wheel really 50/50?
- Yes. The wheel picks a slice with your browser’s cryptographic random number generator before it starts turning, and each slice has the same chance. With three Yes and three No slices, each answer has exactly a one in two chance.
- Can I add Maybe or Ask again?
- Type any extra answer on a new line in the Entries box. It becomes its own slice straight away.
