All 50 states, one slice each, in alphabetical order. Spin to pick a random state. Every state has the same chance, from Alaska to Rhode Island.
Ways to use it
Teachers use it for capitals practice: spin, then the class names the capital before you reveal it. Families pick the next road trip or a state-themed dinner. You can also add Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico on new lines if you want them in the draw.
No repeats
Open Options and turn on “Remove the winner after each spin”. Each state leaves the wheel once it’s picked, so 50 spins cover all 50 states.
Questions
- Is Washington, D.C. on the wheel?
- Not by default, because it isn’t a state. Type “Washington, D.C.” on a new line to add it.
- Can I split the states into teams?
- Open the Teams tab, choose how many teams, and press Make teams. The states are shuffled and dealt out evenly.
