Twenty-six slices, one per letter. Spin for a random letter for Scattergories-style games, phonics practice or a quick round of “name an animal that starts with…”.
Game ideas
Categories: spin a letter, then everyone writes a fruit, a city and a movie starting with it. Phonics: kids say the sound before the wheel stops. Baby names: spin for a first letter and brainstorm from there.
Leave out hard letters
Q, X and Z make most word games painful. Delete them from the list and the wheel only lands on the letters you keep.
Questions
- Can I spin without repeating letters?
- Turn on “Remove the winner after each spin” in Options. Each letter leaves the wheel once it comes up.
- Does it work for other alphabets?
- Yes. Replace the list with any letters or characters, one per line.
